Our Office’s mission is to promote the well-being and quality of life of the NOVA community through regular physical exercise, sport, and healthy lifestyle habits.

We believe that movement is a powerful tool for the balance between body and mind. Therefore, we organize and promote a diverse range of activities, from fitness programs, group classes, and university tournaments, to active leisure initiatives and partnerships with gyms and sports clubs.

More than encouraging sports participation, we seek to create moments of socializing, personal achievement, and relaxation that contribute to better physical and mental health. Here, sport is for everyone, regardless of age, level, or experience.
